This Privacy Policy explains what information Botspire collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Botspire provides an AI phone receptionist service for home-service businesses. We answer inbound phone calls on behalf of our client businesses, book appointments, and send a booking-confirmation text message to those businesses' customers when the caller agrees to receive one.

01Information We Collect

• Name — provided verbally by callers during inbound phone calls, or entered on our website forms.
• Phone number — collected verbally during inbound phone calls, or via caller ID, or entered on our website forms.
• Service address — provided verbally by callers so a technician visit can be scheduled.
• Call recordings and transcripts — inbound phone calls handled by our receptionist service are recorded and transcribed for appointment accuracy, quality assurance, and service improvement.
• Appointment and service details — job type, requested times, and related scheduling information.

02Website Forms and How We Contact You

When you submit a form on our website, we use the details you provide to respond to your request. By submitting a form you agree that Botspire may call you at the number you provide about your request. These calls are placed by a person. Botspire does not send marketing text messages, and submitting a form on our website does not enroll you in any text-messaging program.

03Phone Numbers and SMS Consent (Receptionist Service)

On calls our receptionist answers for client businesses, phone numbers are collected verbally during the call. Before any text is sent, the caller is asked for permission — for example, to receive an appointment confirmation. A text is sent only if the caller says yes. Callers who decline receive no message.

05Text Messaging Program Details

• What is sent: an appointment-confirmation text, sent on behalf of the home-service business the caller contacted, only after the caller agrees on the call.
• Message frequency: one message per appointment booked.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages will be sent.

06How We Use Information

We use the information above to answer calls, schedule and confirm appointments, route emergencies to on-call staff, send the confirmation messages described in Section 5, respond to website inquiries by phone or email, provide our client businesses with records of their own customer calls and bookings, and improve the quality of our service.

07Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access limited to authorized personnel and the client business the call was placed to. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Contact and appointment records are retained for as long as the related client business remains a Botspire customer, plus up to 12 months, unless deletion is requested earlier. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact below.

08Your Choices and Contact

To opt out of text messages, reply STOP. To ask us not to call you again, say so on the call or email us. To access, correct, or delete your information, or for any privacy question or request, email [email protected]. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
